Early Arrival (Currently closed)- This form is for any student who is not already part of an early arrival group, and would like to move onto campus early for Fall 2026.

Proof of Residency - This form is for any student who needs an offical letter documenting where they live on campus.

*University Village residents - please email living@umass.edu with specific details of what is needed in proof of residency and do not utilize the form.

Roommate Pull-in (Available 9/11/26 - 10/28/26)- This form is for students who either have a confirmed vacancy in their room and want to pull another on-campus student into their room, and for those students who wish to be pulled into a space. In-Semester Swap (Available 9/11/26 - 10/28/26)- This form is for students who wish to exchange like assignments with another student(ex. shared room to shared room, single to a single within the same hall, apartment to apartment).
