Early Arrival (Currently closed)- This form is for any student who is not already part of an early arrival group, and would like to move onto campus early for Fall 2026.

Proof of Residency - This form is for any student who needs an offical letter documenting where they live on campus.

*University Village residents - please email living@umass.edu with specific details of what is needed in proof of residency and do not utilize the form.

Roommate Pull-in (Available 9/11/26 - 10/28/26)- This form is for students who either have a confirmed vacancy in their room and want to pull another on-campus student into their room, and for those students who wish to be pulled into a space. In-Semester Swap (Available 9/11/26 - 10/28/26)- This form is for students who wish to exchange like assignments with another student(ex. shared room to shared room, single to a single within the same hall, apartment to apartment). In-Semester Room Change(Available 9/25 at 10am - 9/28 at 8:30am) - This form is intended to allow students to request a change to their current housing assignment for the academic year. Students should only add options they are willing to move into on their application. If you are reassigned and decline your new assignment, you will be subject to a $150 Blocked Room Fee.
